Dear Snapdeal team, My name is Balaji. I am writing this since you are not allowing me to speak to a customer care executive and even after writing multiples emails to Snapdeal there is no resolution. With reference to order no. [protected] for Rs.6000, I returned the product on 16th September 2016 (attached please find the receipt provided by the person who picked up the product).
