[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not received to bank account | |||||
Sir, i have brought a sony mdr - zx110a headphones on 22 september 2018. I paid 589/- rupees through debit card payment mode. But after two days, i cancelled the product. Then snapdeal processed the refund on 2 october 2018 with reference number nsm[protected]. But the amount is yet not credit in my bank account. Please do appropriate action about this. I am very anxious about this since 20 days. Now sbi bank customer care person wants utr number to see further details and denying to see the reference number. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have returned defected product OD: [protected] to seller via India post on 8 October 2018 So, I would like you to refund my money with postage fees.
