[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund of cancelled order which was picked up 20 days back | |||||
I had request return for this item (Order Id - [protected], Nike Blue Flip Flops). The item has already been picked from my house 20 days back and I am still getting a message that it will be picked up at some date and there has been no refund. Please help with my refund. I have tried to call the customer care help line and also emailed to the customer care email but got no response from the same. Is this some kind of fraud?
