[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund of money | |||||
Refund of money I have placed an order in snapdeal on : 25.07.2018 with order id: [protected].. I paid the amount rs 4096/- through sbi net banking. The same was delivered to me on 31.07.2018. The same day itself i have cancelled the order and requested for refund. On 02.08.2018 the concerned person from snapdeal collected the item from my side and he said that within two days the amount will be credited in my account. After that i got a mail from snapdeal that the the amount will be credited in my account within 10 days. I mailed two times to snap deal the refund amount was no credited in my account. After that another mail received from snap deal that the the amount rs. 4096/- had already transferred to my bank account on 07.08.2018 and the same will reflect in my account with in 7 to 10 working days. Today 17.08.2018, means 10 days over but the amount was not yet credited in my account. This is the third time i am writing the mail to you against the deal. Iam expecting a positive reply/solution from your side otherwise i will be forced to take next step. Was this information helpful? | |||||
