[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund of order [protected] | |
I have ordered 7 dress material from snapdeal on 7 th march 2018 order number [protected] amounting to rs.3538.. I received the products on 12th march 2018.. When i opened the parcel i noticed that the product shown on site and actual product ia very different.. The quality is also very bad hence i returned the product in just two days of delivery.. After 8 days i received an email from. Snapdeal saying the material doesnt meet their quality check standards hence ther wont be any refund.. How can it be different i have not even opend the folded material returned as it is.. If the product was different how did your courier person pick the parcel he should have refused to pick up.. I need my refund immediatly.. I buy so many items online from other sites and i understand the return polucy very well never been cheated like this from other shopping sites this was a worst experience shopping with snapdeal.
