Snapdeal.com — refund of returned order

I have returned a product named as "orpat hand blender hhb-157e wob colour - voilet" cost rs. 1000rs.. Snapdeal asked me that they do not have any pickup facility from your location so please sent the product by choosing your own carrier and we will reimburse courier charges as well. Then i sent the product by paying to the courier. The product has been received by them and still they are not refunding my amount. I have written several emails to them but i am not getting any reply
