Snapdeal.com — Refund pending since march 5th | |||||
I have ordered and Desktop PC from Snapdeal website and within 2 days it stopped working. Then i have returned the product and waiting for my refund from 1 month, but its not happening. I have been calling them from 3 weeks literally everyday. They say that the money will be refunded within 4 days but they are not doing that. And finally yesterday they told me that they didnt receive the product and also told me that its not my headache and they will look afterthat because they can track the product. Then why are they not doing it from 3 weeks. I know it wont happen time soon until I get some serious Help. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||||
