[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund pickup not done | |||||
My khaitan induction which i ordered from snapdeal has not been picked up the induction is of no use since it has a problem of power supply. I requested for comlaint within 5 days they said they will pick it up on 8th of june but it was not picked up. the induction is of no use and they are not picking it up. after going on the Delhivery courier company track they say it is cancelled by the snapdeal.i have attached the screenshot below would request them to take the product which is worth 2149 rs. I strongly request the snapdeal team to pick it up and give my freecharge balance back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
