Dear sir, I have order a bingo t50 smartwatch (Silver) on 14/07/2017. Due to some issues i have return that smartwatch on 25/07/2017. But i have not receive my refund amount still now. And i have call to your customer care also but i can't get a proper answer form them. Already two and half months over. So please take proper action for my amount as so as possible. Thanks for your support. But still I not yet received any refund amount from there. And I have attached last six month of my bank statement for your reference. And I have talk to my bank manager with your UTR-N[protected] but they said i did't get any refund amount from snapdeal. so kindly help us.
