[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund request not processed | |||||
I ordered a seiko snkn171 men watch on 1 june 2018. From snapdeal.com worth rs 13893. Orderid - [protected] I got the delivery on 10 june 2018. The packaging was very poor.. After opening the package there was a fasttrack watch worth rs 850, with a manual stamped by seller r k sales & promotions, delhi. There was also a tax invoice from the seller r k sales & promotions, delhi with the amount rs 14893. I requested for a return and refund on 10th june 2018, ticket id: 47761227.. There is no update from snapdeal on that. Looks like snapdeal does not value its customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
