[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund/product replacement | |||||
On monday 31st july 2017, delivery guy had picked the parcel, in that parcel it has 3 items (1order 3 suborder in it). But on my order it show's only one picked up, it had 3 items in it. Below are the order number, suborder & status. Delivery guy had come to the picked the parcel for 3 times & have informed that it was already picked up on the first picked up items. Delivery guy will update the same on the system. Order id : [protected] Suborder id: [protected] — refund initiated Suborder id: [protected] — refererred to service centre. Response awaited Suborder id : [protected] — return request closed Out of 3 suborder only one suborder id: [protected] — refund initiated, remaining 2 suborder are not got any response till now or the refund, it's almost a 3 weeks now, no response, i don't have the product with me also. Kindly let me know the status and what needs to be done. Called to customer care, it say my mobile number is invalid and unable to connect to the customer care, almost 9000 amount got stuck.
