[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Refusal to refund after picking up item

I ordered a product which snapdeal sent a wrong one so i requested a refund.The courier guy from shadowfax picked up my product and gave an acknowledgement slip as well.Now despite the proof of pickup snapdeal says product is not picked up and are refusing to refund my money!!

These are frauds!i need my refund asap!

Hi they have not yet called and once again sent message extending timing to 48 hours.complete frauds!
