[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refused to return and refund against two orders | |||||
Whenever we order on snapdeal we are given option showing cancellation and return policy according to which we can return/replace and get refund against particular products. I saw the options of return and refund before ordering both below mentioned orders. But now snapdeal not returning products and giving me refund with following reasons. Order ID: [protected] . Item: Pink Sparx Running Shoe. Price:809 Snapdeal saying I returned a wrong product. But I handedover right the product to their courier boy. Now my role ends there only. If the product was wrong, why he accepted it. Order ID: Order ID: [protected] Item: Wrangler Blue Slim Fit Jeans Price:798 Snapdeal saying I have made many returns in past so I can return products now. If it was the case, why I was showed 1-month cancellation and refund option while I was ordering. Help me to get my full refund against this fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
