[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refusing to refund the money | |||
Order id: [protected] I ordered a dress and when i received it, it didn't fit me so very next day i raised a return request. Return was done after the guy checked the product. Later they sent an email stating that it doesn't meet quality check and it has many stains. When i returned it, it was in perfect condition. It didn't fit me or there was no chance of me staining it. Now, after writing to them and speaking to them, they just have a simple reply that they won't accept the return and give my money back. It's a horror shopping with snapdeal.
