I buy a speaker of intex from snapdeal and their order number is [protected] i found the product is different to what i order its colour is also different and i product i found that was broken then i raise a complaint and i return it but no call or msg for regarding return snapdeal show that your return request is in process and after 1 month return request closed i want my money back please help me regarding this.
