[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Regarding Refund

I order a Lenovo laptop (order id :[protected]) on 11th November 2014, initially they delayed the delivery date as it was ordered in offer period and they gave delivery date as 22nd Nov, on 22nd Nov the delivery date was changed to 26th without any information, So I requested them to cancel the order they mentioned that it cannot be cancelled but only be returned as per the policy, on 26th again the date was changed to 28th so called hem and complaint against it, but customer support people said that it with delivery company and they cant do nothing for it and asked me to contact the delivery company, I didn't get any proper response from them as well. Again on 28th the delivery date was changed to 2nd Dec then I started talking to them for hours and long mail chain they asked me to wait till Dec 2nd as this was the only option. On Dec 2nd I didn't received the product but from courier side itself they changed the order status returned.now it been almost a week and no change in my order status. Customer support says that only when they receive the product back they will initiate the refund after 72hurs and it will take another 5-7 working days to get the refund. its totally a fraud process and SNAPDEAL is cheating me, I ordered through SNAPDEAL and not the courier company.it took them month to delivery the product and again a month to return, so only after two months they will initate the refund??how will pay the interest for these to months?? SNAPDEAL should initate the refund for my order ASAP and should compensate for the delay. I have raised numerous complaint with SNAPDEAL which are pending since a month (like #12258011.#12437188.#[protected]

I have purchased a Micromax LED T.V.(40T2820FHD) on
[protected], delivered me[protected] but LED was damaged. Snapdeal was not able to arrange reverse pick-up and they called
me that you can send us this LED own charges, will refund the same. as
per Snapdeal's instruction i was send this LED, scan copy of courier receipt
and my a/c detail. but till courier charges not refund in my a/c.
After that again 2nd time snapdeal send me damaged LED. again i was
complaint for this. i have send all details which required by you.
till reverse pick-up was not done by snapdeal and my refund is pending.
i am calling to snapdeal daily but they give me fake promises. daily new person
interact with me and give me fake promise.not easy for me tell about
this matter to every person. i have already spent lots of money
[protected] in calls) and time.
i am in very big trouble .please help me as early as possible.

this matter is running from 2-3 months

I'm Placed Order Mehai 9w Led Bulb Super Bright With B22 Base Ac220v-10pcs ORDER NO. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:57:37.My Order Have Two Sub Order [protected] And [protected] and I’m Paid 1889 Rupees.When i'm received the product and Open the box i found Box in side only Paper in both 20 LED box.So i'm lodge a complaints regarding Empty Box.After lodge complaints I got mail from snapdeal at 12/02/2015 my all amount have initiate for refund But I’m received only 944 rupees in my Bank Account.

With reference to your complaint number 15841992, we would like to inform that for your order we are INITIATING the REFUND process for order number [protected] . Since you've paid the amount using credit card/debit card/bank account, you’ll receive your amount back to the same account.

When I’m contact to Snapdeal Customer Care Your representative said my another 945 rupees has been decline so I want know that why my another payment have been decline because my refund initiate both sub order [protected] And [protected].So kindly Humble request you please take any appropriate action as soon as possible and refund my amount or provide me replacement I’m attach bank statement.

I am Mr. Sachin Hiremnai i had order a pair of shoes 3 months back but due to wrong product i returned it to the company on date[protected] but yet the company has not returned the order amount money.. please respond quickly for the complaint.. I have ordered an soundmagic es18 headset worth INR575. instead of recieving the correct product i have receieved an faulty sony headset that too not worth more than 100rs.This type of incident mostly if i paid the amount online itself.The order was delayed on the first place then a wrong product is recieved.Even on the shipment box and bill it shows as Soundmagic Es18.This is not the first time something like this happen to me.

I placed an order on 21/04/2015 for Soundmagic es18 headphone and paid the amount of INR 575 through online payment itself.Then when i recieved the product on 29/04/15 it was a faulty duplicate Sony headphones inside the box, even the bill and the details on the box were verified as soundmagic es18 headphone.This is the Third time Snapdeal is doing this to me.
Snapdeal is a FRAUD

it is totally switched off

my ps vita game which i receive on 5january 2015 and now it is switched off

taken more price than MRP

I order HPslate7 on snapdeal last month costing 14800 but when i recived the MRP was 11800 i tried to return but always request denied now i opened the box
