[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — regarding refund of my online purchase of jsb foot massager | |
Snapdeal cheated me i've ordered jsb foot massager from snapdeal for rs 10701.. I have not received its adapter so i initiated its return... And after its successful pickup its around more than 10 days gone... Snapdeal is not ready to provide me its refund... No customer support no customer care... I've sent almost 50. Mails to them... No support till yet... Please help me... They are sending same mail. Each and everytime... Not ready to read what i've written in the mail or not.. They are simply saying allow us 48 hours more and more... And thats it... Its almost 240. Hours gone They have sent me mail that your refund has been issued but no details showing anywhere... I haven't received any sms and not showing same on the app also... Was this information helpful? | |
