[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — replacement of shoes and careless customer care | |||
Hi everyone, I requested a shoe replacement on snapdeal on 8th jan 2018. Since 10th jan i was receiving the message that pickup will be done today with "xpressbees", courier guy contact me and said my address is out of there service boundaries. I reported to snapdeal and they gave me the generic template reply that it will be picked up and since then my pickup was getting failed daily. I contact the courier guy and went to there place personally to drop my package (As he was not ready to pick up from my address), and after receiving the parcel he said he will update it. Its been 4 days now, neither he has updated nor snapdeal is replying on this issue. My money 2015/- is stuck with snapdeal. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
