Snapdeal.com — replacement request not processed and request close after 7 days without any action taken | |||
Hi team, I placed an order (No.[protected]) for seagate harddisk. I yace received a defective item. On 30th jan 2019, i have raised a return request but they converted to replacent request. For that also i agreed. First they sent a mail it will be pricessed in 2days. After 1 day they sent a mail to get it repaired in service center and gave wrong contact number.in a mai they mentioned to get it repaired if not resolved reply in 15 days. But after that they a mail and closed the request in 7 days. When called the customer cate there is no option to talk with customer care person only voice stating replacement in progress. After return request is closed i have sent almost 10 mails describing the issue the standard reply i got is return request closed. But in the app still the return is in process. But when mailed them contact at least only reply i receive is return request closed. For return request why should i go to service center which is not mentioned in the return policy. Please help me with this bad service of snapdeal and help me get my return or replacement done. Was this information helpful? | |||
