I purchased mobile from snapdeal which i recieved on 3/9/2016. It is a defective product and has battery problem. i lodged a complaint(telephonic) on 9/9/2016 for return and refund of my amount for which they assured me to be done. But now when i calling them from regitered mob no., get a reply 'no orders on this mobile no'. want return & refund. They might send someone to repair or replace but i want to return and refund.
