[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return of saree is not done | |
I bought a saree from the snapdeal but as it does not match with the description. I requested them to return it. But when the courier boy will come he denied to recollect because of the same issue. Again i mailed them many times and they send me message with the name and number of a courier boy who will recollect my ordee but i called him he said from the company he won't get any such mail to recollect my order and by the same time from the company i got mail that my address is incomplete that guy can't able to pick up but the address is same where it is delivered before. To enquire about this whether address is the problem in picking he said no he know the address but he won't get instruction mail to pick up. Was this information helpful? | |
