[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — return of the product

Ordered a cooler by looking the description thoroughly honeycomb what i got is not that and no remote. Filed for return, they are just calling and it wont even last for a 30 seconds to the local number and not giving reply to my emails as i am in another country even though i told them chat through email. They are just sending the email saying we are unable to contact you via phone.

Ordered an aircooler and received on feb 19th, took to my hometown as there is no delivery option to my home. once I opened i found that it is not suitable to my room and needed a remote control(thought it was a remote control but not when I open). raised return request on feb 23rd as it is only 7 day easy returns.
But they are not accepting returns saying it is in good condition and not giving any replacements even though I told them will pay extra. Been days they are just giving missed calls and not giving reply to my emails.Just sending we are not taking your product according to our return policy. They are just not consumer friendly and not giving any good service.

I'm still waiting for the reply of my mail. Just want to let you know that my return is not initiated by speaking in English with the people who dont know English. Provided my international number didnt got call. If you cant reach me out atleast you should mail me saying we cant call international mobile numbers. Call to this number [protected] they can speak with you in english and explain you why we want to return the product. I understood your return policy. If we cant return the product which we dissatisfied why you kept 7 day return policy.
Respected Sir/Mem,

I have order 5 Deo Axe from snapdeal but those all the deo are fake and fake packing as well.

I have registers the refund request but still no courier executive have comes to collect the packet.

My order id is [protected] so please help me for my refund.
