[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return pickup not done. | |||||
Hi, I have ordered a Columbus navy blue shoe against order no.[protected]. I have received a used product and when I file a return for that the Snapdeal's is not willing to pickup that used shoe .I have telephonic conversation with the customer care executives a lot of times but they ensure me for pickup but still it passes a lot of days and my return pickup is not done and now I feel that Snapdeal's are full of fraudulent seller with sells fake product.
