I purchased a high back support office chair.
It was delivered before schedule on 11 dec 2018.
The product i received had some manufacturing defects. A screw was missing due to which it is always tilted on the right side. I had placed a return request on 12 dec 2018. It has been already 3 days and they haven't accepted ny return request. Also to mention, i have sent them numerous emails, to which there was no answer. Please replace the product as soon as possible by arranging for the pick up.
