[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return Request - Order id: [protected]; sub order no. [protected] | |||||
Dear Snapdeal, I have ordered Kobo Stepper (Order id: [protected]) which have been delivered on time however I have placed a return request (sub order no. [protected]). Pickup person come to my house on 31st Oct but didn’t pick up since as he has short of space and since then no one have come for pick-up. I have called customer care after few days about this and also gave my alternate contact number. I have not been contacted by anybody since then for pickup and now I get a message that my Return Request Is Closed. I called customer care again and explained this situation but they are not ready to help and says that nothing can be done now. This is really frustrating that there is a fault on side of your courier agency and customer gets suffered. I was also made aware that courier agency have updated that "customer not reachable" on 31st while he came to my house and didn't pick up. Kindly do needful to pickup and refund my amount.
