[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — returning product | |||
I have raised a return request on 7th august and till date the product is not been picked up, the pickup gets rescheduled in every 2 days. and today i receive a email from snapdeal saying as per our courier team you dont want to return the product where as they never contacted me about it. i have been writing to snapdeal from past few days on a email regarding the same but the response i get is two lines saying your product will be picked up soon . can you please help me on the same.
