[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — reverse pick the items and initiate refund of my money immediately | |||||
Hi, I purchased some items as a prepaid orders. I found the product were not fit to me in size and very discomfortable and the quality was also not as shown on the site and reflected through images of those product. I placed return request on the same day and within 6 days of delivery date as per snapdeal policy. Now they are denying to refund my money and not taking their pathetic low quality products back from me. Today i received a call from snapdeal from some nikhil and anil and they are saying they will not take the products back and will not refund my money. They are breaching their policy on the basis of which they assure customers to buy products from them. Its a cheating and they have to take the items back and refund my money. Below is the mail which i have sent to fraud snapdeal at [protected]@snapdeal.com: Hi, Kindly arrange the reverse pick up of all requested items for which i have already placed a return request in time. Refund all my amount for the products i'm returning to snapdeal immediately. Below are the details of items for which i have placed a return request: Rgds!
