[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — samsung in ear wired earphones with mic | |||||
I've ordered a samsung earphone on 20th december and they delivered a iphone one 23rd december and that too very delicate which may get destroyed any time. And hence i applied for the return and they came for the pick up on 27th december. And since then i'm waiting for my refund and got no sign of it. While tracking it only shows it is under quality check process. I'm unable to contact to the customer care. And i got the message that it failed the quality check process. When i received a totally wrong brand to what i ordered how can they reject the return? And i haven't used that product even when i show it was a different one. Help me in getting my refund.
