[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Samsung white earphone | |||||
I have bought samsung earphone. After receiving i have checked and found that left earbud was working properly. So, i decided to return this item and get my money back. I have done the process required for return and refund. After calling so many times they came to take item. Then it was time for refunding money. But i didn't get my money back, i have returned my item on 31st of march. It's been one month i am trying to get my money back. I have called so somany times, customer services are saying that there is some problem by bank side. So, i have given my alternate account also. Still didn't get my money back. Now, i am thinking i did mistake by ordering through snapdeal. Totally frustrated, i am not going to order next time by snapdeal. Sorry!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
