Order ID: [protected] Reference number: 43170475 A damaged and faulty hard disk was shipped to me. Having not even a basic plastic cover on it. With jus two foams on both sides. (Is this the way to ship a hard disk??) It had signs o[censored]sage and a physical dent on a corner. I returned the junk back to snapdeal. They replied with : "The product did not meet quality check. Saying that it is not the same hard disk. " There was no explanation regarding what they meant by this as this was the same shoddy hard disk delivered to me. It did not meet my quality check hence I returned the product!! It appeared they were running a scam or protecting a dishonest seller. Why didn't Snapdeal check the product before sending it to me in the first place ? This is absolute cheating and fraudulent if snapdeal intends me to silently keep this non functioning product . I am outraged by your audacity to return me this damaged product on such baseless grounds. I have sent several mails to snapdeal help email address but no reply. Their customer care phone number is a sham. Cannot contact any representative. The consumer is not your garbage disposal personnel . Don't treat me like one.
