[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — skullcandy earphones | |||||
I've ordered skullcandy earphones @snapdeal in 7-sep-2017. I got it by 11-sep. But it is not working properly with my phone thats why i place replacement request in 14-sep. But they didnt give any replacement or refund i've waited for couple of days and again they send that same product without asking problem. Then i wanted to talk with customer care to explain the problem but there is no acces to talk with them directly i've waited for so many days finally i talk to them by sending email, they said product is perfect we cant give replacement, after that discussion they said we can deliver that to you again.. But i didn't get any call, any product or replacement from snapdeal.. Again i made complaint at helpdesk then they are saying we cant do anything regarding this we are not finding ur product, we sent it back to you but you rejected. But i didn't get any call or msg regarding delivary simply there are skipping my product. I've waited for so many days.. Till now i didn't get any delivery call or msg or refund..
