[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — smartron t5524 (64gb, 4gb ram) - srt phone

I have purchased "smartron t5524 (64gb, 4gb ram) - srt phone" from snapdeal. However i have received the faulty phone whose camera was not working properly, i have raised the return request on your website and my request was rejected claiming that delivered mobile was in perfect condition. After getting tired with snapdeal guys. Today i visited mobile service center and they declared that camera of mobile is faulty (See attachment) and they said they cant replace it. As the phone seven day. Since i have received the faulty phone thus it qualify for return/refund per your return policy.

Kindly arrange refund for same, else i need to go to consumer forum with my complaint.
