why is snapdeal forcing cutomers to signup for freecharge while buying a product.. i DO NOT WANT freecharge..are u guys really that arrogant that you force people to signup for things they are not even interested in? i simply bought the product from amazon. go cry on that!

Snapdeal has completely lost it every time i go for buying something that stupid free-charge account pops up, , fail to understand why forcing customers on stupid freecharge account, , went for flipkart, amazon and eBay for buying all items. what a waste snapdeal website is becoming day by day!

I do not want to purchase something with my own money and yet be forced to register on the marketing site : free charge. if you do not remove this, from your 'purchase page' I am not in a position to continue with the purchase.
The request is very obvious and is stated by many other customers above, please remove the link to free charge ASAP. I will wait three more days before clearing out my shopping cart and buying else where.

Snapdeal still forcing to create a free charge account, without giving option to optout of it. This is stupid. How could a big company like this make this pathetic and arrogant mistake. I will go to Amazon/flipkart and spend my money there. Thank you for wasting my time losers.
Also it's terrible how they keep asking for customers email address and ID. What does that matter. The problem is clearly stated. What's the update on that? Are you going to stop duping customers and stop forcing them to sign on freecharge rip off marketing account? If not I don't want to do anything with you or your website anymore.

I notice that earlier customers were forced to register to freecharge rubbish account when they wanted to buy something. Now they have become even worse by forcing consumers to register with freecharge rubbish account even to login to snapdeal. This is terrible guys. It's been going on for over six months now. Wake up before Amazon and flipkart takes away all your marketshare and you are just left with baba ji ka freecharge.
PS: Can this website please add an option to give half star or negative rating for such cases. Where company has been wrong and duping customers for soooooo long.

I am writing this email to you to bring a matter of failure (poor services)in your knowledge as I am really very disappointed with the services I got this time!
Actually I have ordered one Get Glamr Black Sandals for Men under order reference no. [protected], Order Placed On :[protected]. To update you, I got the product delivered at my place June 9, 2016.
Due to smaller in size, I have requested for exchange (size 7). But the pick up of product and exchange has not done even after 2 weeks.
I have already called at customer care 10 to 12 times but nothing has been by customer care executive /member. The customer care executive of snap-deal are not even processing this issue but shouted on me.
I think, as the other e-commerce site ( flip-kart, jabong) snapdeal also believes in good and fast customer service. But, it was my misconception. It was my first and pathetic experience with Snapdeal.
Can you please look into this matter as it is nothing but just a heart breaking incident for me which is forcing me not to buy anything from Snapdeal again in future!!
