Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal customer care is worst!! | |||||
I had ordered fitrist smartband from snapdeal on 13th May and it was suppose to deliver by 16th to 18th May.. By seeing the order status i got to know this will get delay and I started calling snapdeal customer care from 15th itself.. They were simply promising that this will deliver by 16th or 18th, just to disconnect the call and they use to say we will call you back and disconnect.. but no call back or no email communication.. on 18th suddenly delivery date got changed from 16th-18th to 21st to 24th.. I was shocked by seeing this and called support team many times. Approximately I had raised 14 tickets to support team and spoke to the manager Mr. Vishnu.. But no use, all are just use to say we will call back and let you know the status and no calls, no information.. Finally somehow received my courier on 23rd.. SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
