[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal denied to pick up defective product. | |
Ordered a printer form snapdeal.com The product is defective and it is not working. I ordered replacement and now they are saying that they can't come and pick it up. I have to mail it. Which that didn't mentioned at the time of purchase. I have returned snapdeal items from that location earlier. Now you can't contact them as their customers care help line doesn't work. I complained on twitter but still that are not solving the issue. I wanted to talk to an executive but they just don't want to talk to me. My money is gone and my product is defective. They will not let me contact ant any cost. Now i have only one option. I have to go to the consumer court. This website is crap. That's why they are loosing customers and flipkart and amazon is doing all the business. Was this information helpful? | |
