[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal fraud.. pathetic experience..

I ordered a laptop - details are hp 15-bu003tu laptop and paid 25000 by credit card, they said you will receive product latest by 25th february... On 21st they sent email and sms product is delivered, i got nothing, i tried calling their customer care, for this detail press this for this details press that, but you can never talk to their customer care executive, they said will reply on email, no reply nothing doing, i raised return request today as that can be raised only within 7 days, so when i don't have product what will i return.
