[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal not refund my money???

My suborder i'd no. 1) [protected], 2) [protected] addidas shoes 9 or 10 size i call customer care say not satisfied this product or issue with shoes size and next day product was successfully pickup on 12/4/2017 by vulcan courier
... But 12day after i was tracking my product same massage show on snapdeal a/c pickup successfully... And i also many call customer care but no any response or not solve my problem...
Vulcan express site also not working... Not show tracking detail...
Where is my product snapdeal please solve my problem urgently and refund my money
And see the below attachment order detail.
Me trust snapdeal but 1stime bad experience with snapdeal very poor service and not solve my problem urgently
