[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal online shopping taking full payment not delivering my order | |||
I bought matrix optical hair spa with eyxconic kajal gel order no. [protected] (Sub order no. [protected]) on 25th october. I have orders that time snapdeal offered total 981 grams but i have received only 450 grms & from 2 kajal only received 1 kajal gel, My free item not sent, i am requesting the concerned dept for same issue and refund the money by converting it into sd cash. However i have not received any response from them inspire of repeated requests. They have wasted my time and effort and refuse to take action.
