[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal sending empty box to the customer | |||
I ordered a bluetooth earphones from snapdeal on 22nd january with (Order id [protected]), but the bix was empty on arrival, luckly i recorded the whole video o[censored]nboxing the product, and i raised a complaint to snapdeal but but they refused to accept my complaint by giving excuse that they reviewed my snapdeal account and found some transaction that do not pass their internal check. And now again i ordered a helmet from snapdeal and for some reason i wish to return the product then they are tellin ne to couruer the product to the warehouse by making excuse that my location does not comes under their serviceable area though my friend often return his courier to snapdeal and the come to pickup the product from his location which is 10 steps far from my location. The company is trying to waste my time so that i myself reverse all the allegations against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
