[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal specializes in fraudulent selling practices | |||||
I have recently ordered a Sony headset from Snapdeal. I have paid Rs 1500 towards the same. After opening the package I saw the headset was fake. When I raked up the issue I got a response that Snapdeal is not responsible for the quality, and for refund I need to approach the merchant directly. Also, there was not customer care assistance. The customer care numbers are not going through. I think the Snapdeal specializes in fraudulent selling practices. I am preparing to take them to court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
