[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Faulty product picked up - saying won't refund & won't give replacement | |||||
My Order ID is [protected]. Placed this order on 14 April, 2017 for Mc Coy Major Air Cooler. Received a faulty product on 16 April, 2017. Raised a replacement request as per your policies on 18th April and the product was picked up on 20 April, 2017. I tried to reach you a number of times from my registered mobile number but sadly till date the option to talk to customer care is not available when I call from registered mobile number. From 20 April (when the faulty product was picked up) I waited patiently till 24 April when the replacement status in the app was changed to "Replacement Approved" and expected shipping date for replacement as 25 April, 2016. All this while I didn't get any call or sms from you may be because your plan was never shipping the replacement. When the replacement was not shipped till afternoon of 26 April, I called from a friend's number (because I had option to talk to customer care whenever I called on [protected]. The person on call told me to wait on line so that he could update me but he deliberately cut the call without updating me. An hour later I got a call from an unknown person who told me that "we can't deliver the replacement" and just disconnected the call without bothering to tell me the reason or talk about refund. Now again I was the one who had to take my friend's phone and call you again and till time the customer care executive told me "they some discrepancy has been found in your account so we can't process the replacement, instead we can refund the amount paid by you and that will take 24 hours our team will look into it". You keep me in darkness for 7 days since the cooler was picked and all of sudden you find a discrepancy when I myself called you. The moment I disconnected the call, I got an email saying "We can't complete your return request" Few minutes later another email and you try to threaten me by saying that "we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended." Since then that on 26 April, 2017 I have been waiting for the information on refund. And when I called you today I was put on hold for 51 minutes and the final reply the person on call gave me was "We can't refund. Can't even give replacement" Give me REPLACEMENT or MY MONEY BACK.
