[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — status showing delivered, product not received

I ordered a sandisk pendrive 64gb and made card payment,
I have delivery at my company address where the whole recieving of products will be registered as strict practise, i am having records on 12th september when it showing the product is delivered.
I am complaining the same issue number of times through snapdeal customer helpline mail, they are not helpful, some default messages where being replied.
