[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — still refunded money not received

I placed an order_id [protected] for pack of 10 lister 15w led bulbs but snapdeal sent me faulty mg_gold pack of 10 bulbs instead of lister then i replaced with snapdeal and they again sent me that mg_gold. So, i requested to return their faulty and bogus product. They kept the package but my money isn't refunded by the fraud s snapdeal. And their customer care service number [protected] is always giving ivr menus. Still i'm waiting for my money which is to be in my bank account.
