Snapdeal.com — take money and ran like thief without deliver my parcel

Yesterday a currier boy came to my home to deliver the product, my mother gave him the money after taking money in his hand he ran like thief and deliver only one parcel in place of two... We try to catch him but he was gone.
Now i decided to file a complain against the currier company and snapdeal also if they didn't refund my money.
