[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — terrible customer service, refused to return/refund a wrong item received. | |||
I ordered jockey socks from the website. It was written that i will receive a full length socks but i received the ankle length socks. I contacted many times customer service but all they can said was that this item couldn't be returned because they have found some quality issues in my account. Seriously? Then executive said that your transaction didn't pass our quality checks so we cannot return the item. I then escalated it to facebook but still received the same response. They don't even provide services for the wrong items that we receive. Terrible service from snapdeal. Till today even after several follow ups they didn't file a return for my item. I would never recommend this website to anyone for the shopping. Cheap quality, terrible customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
