[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — they are not initiating my refund | |||
15 days back i ordered mi band 2 from snapdeal, after 4-5 days i received the product and found the product a fake and cheap product when i returned the product after pick up i called several times to snapdeal regarding the refund first 10 days they told me that they didnt received it after that they are saying that we have got it but cant give refund because the product they found is genuine how can it be possible they are making us fool please help Was this information helpful? | |||
