I have ordered a titan watch on 22 aug 2019 and i have received a fake titan watch. On raising this issue to the, m they are denying to pay me the refund. Return request immediately raised but still they are not able to solve the issue. I think they should refund the money or else i have to forcefully go and complain in consumer court about this.
