Dear's, I have ordered HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray) ON 8th of January 2017.Product has been delivered to me 12th of January 2017.After receiving the product when I switch on the mobile phone(HTC One M8), its failed to switch on. I called to SNAPDEAL customer care at the same moment and they advised me to make the mobile phone charge at least 1 hour and then try again. I did the same and try again to switch on the mobile but still its failed to switch on even after 3 hours of charging. Again I called to Snapdeal customer care and made a complain regarding the same on 12th January 2017 at around 06:00 PM. The customer representative from snap deal told me to visit HTC care center Bhubaneswar, so that minor issue may be taken care by them and for major issue it will be replaced. On 13th of January 2017, I visited HTC service center and after checking the mobile phone and all they told me the warranty period for the particular product(HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray)) has been already expired since 2015 which means SNAPDEAL has delivered me the Used product. And the same thing has been communicated to SNAPDEAL team. SNAPDEAL team has initiated replacement request and on the same day itself (13th of January 2017) product has been picked up by JV Express Courier. As per SNAPDEAL policy Product should be received by SNAPDEAL warehouse team for QC within 7 days, which is responsibility by SNAPDEAL and JV Express(Courier Partner of Snapdeal). On 17th January 2017 I received a mail from SNAPDEAL "Update on Replacement": The mail body written as "Tanmaya, we regret to inform you that replacement of your HTC One M8 (16GB, Gray) could not be processed as the seller was unable to fulfill your order. We assure you that this is a rare occurrence and we'll soon initiate refund for the product. On the same day when i checked with SNAPDEAL care for my refund status, they told me the product yet not received by the SNAPDEAL warehouse and they assure me that, they will priorities my case to resolve my issue within 24hrs along with they will co-ordinate with courier partner(JV express) When i checked again with SNAPDEAL care and JV Express team on 18th of January 2017, JV express team told me the status "DTO Rejected By Center" for my AirWaybillnumber "SD48836905" with remarks "Product Mismatch" and the representative from JV express told me its a mistake or human error from JV express not from SNAPDEAL. On the same day SNAPDEAL care team promised me to resolve my issue immediately with 24hrs and along with they will co-ordinate with JV express for immediate action. As i haven't heared any update neither from SNAPDEAL nor from JV express, i called again on 19th january 2017 for the latest update status with SNAPDEAL Team . Snapdeal team asked me for the courier receipt through the mail for which i have already replied the mail with the attachment of the courier receipt and bill in the same trail mail. And the SNAPDEAL team promised me they will fixed my issue or revert me back within 24 hours. Please find the attached mail for the same. Again i haven't heard any update neither from SNAPDEAL nor from JV express, i called again on 20th January 2017.Again the same response from SNAPDEAL that is the false promising that is they will fixed my issue or revert me back within 24 hours. I have communicated many times with the SNAPDEAL that i have purchased the product with the EMI option and the EMI has already started, so who will take care on this? Even after no of follow up every one from the SNAPDEAL is saying "We understand sir..we really applogize for the same..We will take immidiate action on it..and the snapdeal team will revert back to you within 24 hrs ".But it looks like there is no real action is happening on my matter. Dear SNAPDEAL, Who will pay the EMI for me? When my refund will initiate? Is this your customer support? Dear JV Express, Still the status is same as of 18th January 2017.Where is your quick action which you promised me on 18th January 2017? I have already sent many mails regarding the same and called many times but still SNAPDEAL is playing with me.Its taken my money without giving the product.
