[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — want to return a product | |||||
I have ordered wd my passport 1 tb usb 3.0 portable external hard drive black on 26 december 2017 which was dilivered on 1 jan 2018. Order id: [protected] Actually the website of snapdeal is not showing the correct status of product when i was trying to track my order it was showing in transit (Delhi) and when i recieved the product the website again showing in transit, not dilivered so i was unable to cancel the order then i tried to return the product and raise a return request which was cancelled by snapdeal and now i am not able to return the product but i don't want the product, i want refund for that.
