[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — warranty is not being covered | |||
Dear sir/madam, I purchased a samsung monitor on 11th may 2015 from snapdeal.com. Now it is not functioning. It is within warranty period. On being complaint online to samsung service centre, the technician from samsung service centre in ranchi visited my home but, refused to repair it because this model number of monitor does not cover warranty in india as it belongs to other country.in such circumstances, your help is needed.
